Meditation is a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings and thoughts as a therapeutic technique, one can do this by focusing on a particular object (i.e., a candle flame) or thought.

Affirmations are statements of truths that should be proclaimed aloud, to encourage persons mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. What one chooses to affirm is what they wish to demonstrate.

LoveWell promotes the power of collective worship and prayer.  With others interceding on your behalf in prayer we hope to lift the burden of your petition to God as a community. By posting on the prayer wall, you are inviting others to uplift your name and situation in their prayers, as we hope you will do the same!
